DMCAR/DMCAB Marketing Sessions are designed to provide brokers with the opportunity to promote properties and to hear about listings. Sessions that focus on Retail, Office, Investment, Industrial and Land segments are held every third Friday. Sessions are located at 4300 East Warren Avenue (previous location of DMCAR offices) from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Coffee and light breakfast refreshments are provided.
Marketing Letters Sent to Your Clients
When you attend one of our Marketing Sessions and present one of your client’s properties we let them know. DMCAR CEO, Katie Kruger, sends a letter on your behalf, letting your client know that you marketed their property to other commercial brokers in the area on that date and that you highlighted some of the benefits that property has to offer.
