We are pleased to present the DMCAR Marketing Sessions. These networking events are designed to provide brokers the opportunity to promote properties and to hear about listings. Additionally, DMCAR brings in one speaker each quarter to present on a large deal or important issue in the commercial brokerage community. Every Marketing Session includes the property promotion/exchange component.  Sessions that focus on Retail, Office and Investment segments are held every first Friday and sessions that focus on Industrial and Land are held every 3rd Friday; all are at DMCAR from 7:30-9:00 a.m.

Marketing Letters Sent to Your Clients
When you attend one of DMCAR’s Marketing Sessions and present one of your client’s properties we let them know. DMCAR CEO, Barbara Lambert, sends a letter on your behalf letting your client know that you marketed their property to other commercial brokers in the area on that date and that you highlighted some of the benefits that property has to offer.
