DMCAR's Commercial Real Estate
Certificate Program DMCAR's Commercial Education Certificate (CEC) Program
is provided to fill an existing gap in commercial real estate education.
The CEC is run as a series of one- and two-day courses which will
culminate in an enhanced knowledge of commercial property transactions and
better opportunities to make and get paid for commercial transactions.
Certification from the DMCAR is given, acknowledging your work and
commitment to the curriculum.
To attain the Commercial Education Certificate, you
must complete eight core courses and five elective courses (112 hours).
Each course is designed to offer valuable information in a given area,
written and instructed by well-known experts. No specific order is
required in taking the courses. Persons not seeking certification are
welcomed to take and profit from the courses of their choice.
The DMCAR Commercial Education Certificate (CEC)
