agreement with the Denver Bar Association's Volunteer Court Mediation
Program to provide inexpensive and professional mediation services to
buyers and sellers of real estate. All fees for this program are paid by
the buyer and seller. The cost is $125 per party, payable in advance, for
a two-hour mediation session.
